This documentary exposes systemic discrimination against people with disabilities in East Africa, framing disability as a human rights issue. Through Alex's journey, it challenges stigma, promotes dignity and inclusion, and highlights the urgent need for accessible rehabilitation and assistive technologies. Supported by Cybathlon, the film reflects a shared mission: placing people with disabilities at the center of innovation while emphasizing lived experience and societal barriers beyond technology. It aims to foster empathy, amplify grassroots initiatives, and inspire policy change toward more inclusive societies.
